We’re always looking for exceptional caregivers to join our team. To be considered, please complete our Nanny Form and provide the following:

Minimum Requirements for Nannies

  • At least 3 years of professional nanny experience (counted from age 18 and older)
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Clean driving record
  • CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to become certified
  • At least two childcare-related references
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and motor vehicle report screening
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening
  • Strong references from past families or employers
